Casa blanca by the creek - Suite/Private Entrance

Welcome to our "Casa blanca" paradise! The AirBNB is a **Suite at our home**, which is tucked away on a beautiful 5 acre piece of land that has a small creek running through it, and where a variety of birds and wild animals may be seen. "Casa blanca" is conveniently located between Tampa, and Orlando, and it is less that 2 miles from I-4 Exit 14. This AirBnB Suite has a private entrance, and plenty of room to park. The space The property is spacious, clean, and has many oak trees under which you can sit and relax. Our neighbors have cows, so you may be able to see these animals in the distance. The creek brings in all types of animals; we have seen snakes, gators, otters, fish, birds and more. As far as the room is concerned, it has a vintage feel and is decorated with baskets - lots of baskets all throughout. I love pillows, so there are a few decorative pillows on the bed, and on chairs. I provide a couple of small mirrors in the room (one is fixed on the wall; the other is portable). The bathroom has a large mirror and a walk-in shower. Please note that the toilet uses a septic tank and toilet paper is the only product that can go in the toilet. Please note that the bathroom floor is tile and is slippery when wet, so step on available rug or towels. Guest access Please feel free to enjoy the back patio/porch area, roam the yard, walk by the creek and check out the pond in the back. However, please note that the up-stair porches, garage, utility side of the house are areas for the use of the owners only. During your stay I like meeting my guests, make sure they feel comfortable with the accommodations, answer any questions about our area, and make restaurant, park, or shopping suggestions. Please note that the door's key-less entry pass will be provided at Check-In. Please note that the temperature of the Air Conditioner/Heater is preset. Other things to note Tampa Bay, Florida is known for its dangerous lightning (Lightning capital of the US). So, during the rainy season I encourage guests to stay in-doors as soon as it gets cloudy. For individuals with allergies, please note that the towels, linen, etc. are scented by the detergent and fabric softener that I use. Guests compliment and some even ask for the names of these products.
