The Flying Duck

The Flying Duck is a self contained detached annex to our house, on the High Street in Marshfield. There is a private garden with seating area and hot tub on its way (24/1). There is a king size bed and a single sofa bed, suited more to a child. We’re trying hard to minimise our impact on the world. The Flying Duck is all-electric and we have 22 solar panels on the roof. 500mm of loft insulation will keep you comfortable! The space The living space is studio / open plan living with a separate laundry space, leading into the bathroom. There is a lovely big window looking out onto the private garden. Guest access Access and entry is non-contact, with its own keypad gate and a keysafe. Other things to note We recycle as much as we can! Just use the separate recycling box and we’ll do the rest.
