Please read before booking. Single bed for one Zen traveller, a very quiet household, and a very bright apartment with a small balcony. A place to experience living as a local. Spacious living room to do your reading, writing, practice yoga, or meditation with a beautiful view of the alps (Jungfrau) and the river. The space My place is a sanctuary to me, I hope so too for all my guest. I do not smoke so No SMOKING! It is my quite place. I welcome anyone as my guest and respect each other. It is on the 2nd floor, no elevator, I don't think it will suitable for some people that have some limitations walking up the stairs. It is away from the main road however near the train tracks. Perhaps this can be in uncomfortable for some people. No pets allow. I am very particular, and I like to have my house clean. When I have time, I love to cook and have a meal together, or perhaps do sightseeing together. I don't have wifi, though I do have a telescope for someone who like to see the mountains in more detail or of course the full moon when it's a clear night. The apartment is located in between Lake Brienz and Thun. Very strategic place. It is a 15-minute walk to Interlaken West train station or east train station when taking your time. The view so berth taking it is hard not to stop and taking pictures of the mountains the flowing water on the river, the ducks, etc. Or 10 minutes away when speedy walking. A 10-minute walk to the Harder Kulm train, 5-minute walk to the Center of Interlaken, 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, and the bakery, 7 minutes to the bank, 7 minutes to groceries, 7 minutes to the post office. Guest access We are sharing shower and toilet, lets respect each other. please clean the toilet bowl when living marks ;) You are welcome to use living room & dinning room. Access kitchen only with permission. I am very particular with my kitchen apologise with my oddness. My room is off limits. Very private. For a long stay, the cleaning fee is CHF 40 per week During your stay When I have time or at home you are welcome to join me in conversation unless when I am writing in the living room. Conversation is out of the question. You are welcome to use the living room when I'm there too, I do require quietness when I am writing. Sharing music is ok, I listen to pretty much all kinds of music. Sometimes I am open to have tea, a meal together, I will be happy to help in any suggestion what to do around Interlaken or in Switzerland. Other things to note The bedroom is belong to my daughter. Please respect her belongings. It is not so big, however it is very cozy. I share this room because my daughter only use it when she is off school.
