Ayoyo Cove Inn (Villa)

Located on the shores of the South China sea, Ayoyo Cove Inn is the place to unwind, relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of a big city without the smog and other pollutants in the air. Ayoyo Cove Inn has its own private beach where you can swim, fish, snorkel, kite surf, or just relax under the sun or shade. Ayoyo Cove Inn has also a natural spring pond where you can fish for tilapia, catfish, mud fish, and eel. The space Ayoyo Cove Inn consists of a Villa, Casita A, Casita B, and Guesthouse, which are all situated in a 25,000 square-meter property. The fully air-conditioned Villa is a 179 square-meter 5-bedroom house with three bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, and patio. It is equipped with centralized hot/cold water system. The kitchen is fully equipped with two double-burner gas stoves, refrigerator, microwave oven, water dispenser, rice cooker, cook wares, silverware, chinaware, and glassware; all you have to bring is the food ingredients, spices, and cooking oil to cook your favorite meals. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bunk bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and single bunk bed and also has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds and a single bunk bed. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and a single bunk bed and also has an en-suite bathroom. A bathroom with bad tub is located on the hallway for the occupants of bedrooms 1, 2, and 4. The living room has a queen sofa bed and a Smart TV set. Total occupancy is 22 people and with floor mattresses in the living room, the Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. The Villa has a PLDT FiberX 5G and 2G WiFi. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the Villa. Picnic area and outside toilets and showers are also available for guests. Other things to note Guests need to agree and sign the House Rules upon check in. A deposit of PhP 2,000 is required upon check in for property damage. It will be refunded in full upon check out if no damage is found.
