Wanaka - Quiet studio in Paradise

Quietness in paradise. Truly unique stunning setting. We would love to have you come stay in our cosy little studio. Situated on a lifestyle block 6kms from Wanaka township surrounded by a 5,000 acre deer farm. This sleep-out is built out the back of our home surrounded by rural and mountain landscapes. 360 views and serenity. Tranquil and quiet with all day sun; this is the perfect place for a quiet getaway for a single or couple. A few sheep, chickens, deer and plenty of birds for company. The space The sleep-out has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and sitting area with plenty of windows for you to take in the views. It looks out to our private garden, the farm beyond and the dramatic backdrop of the southern alps including Mt. Aspiring, NZ’s 3rd highest mountain. If you are looking for a quiet hideaway in the ultimate comfort then this is the place for you. Whether it’s to enjoy the southern lakes or the snowy mountains Wanaka is the perfect place for a holiday. In the summer there is kayaking, hiking, boating, fishing, mountain biking and rock climbing to enjoy right at your doorstep. In winter of course tthe mountains come alive with all the winter possibilities. Skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and mountaineering are all available; Treble Cone, NZ’s best ski resort only 35mins drive. We have high-speed Wi-Fi but sometimes it is unavailable overnight during the times 10 pm – 8 am. Otherwise high-speed, no limit. Guest access The sleep-out is self contained and has its own outdoor patio for relaxing and watching the sun go down. Private parking is located behind the studio. Other things to note Please make sure to read our directions here on Airbnb as online maps will lead you to the wrong place. We have had several guests who leave the kitchen very messy with dirty dishes, please realise we will request an extra $50 payment if you do not clean up your dishes thank you. High speed Internet available from 8 am – 10 pm .
