Pretty cottage with stunning views

Pretty cottage surrounded by beautiful countryside in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Yet only 5 minutes from the bustling market town of Petersfield with its many pubs, restaurants, shops and sporting facilities. There are an abundance of footpaths that lead straight from the house, and a wide choice of country pubs. Golf, riding, cycling are popular activities in the area as well as sailing, wind surfing and days at the beach. Guest access There are two outbuildings on the property that are used for storage that guests will not have access to. There is also a separate annex which guests will not have access to. However the main house is for the sole use of the guests, apart from the art studio which will be locked. Other things to note The house is surrounded on all sides by fields. Horses are in three of the fields and crops or cows in the fourth. The house has a long drive with electric gates near the house, operated via sensor on approach and a push button (large green button) on exit. The grounds are fenced and stock-proofed
