300 year old, newly renovated (summer 2018) luxury cottage on our smallholding in rural Mid Wales. BBQ for summer, logburner for winter, cosy romantic and quaint accommodation, 4 star Visit Wales. We have achieved Green Tourism GOLD standard. The cottage runs on renewable energy, with A++ or above rated appliances, all eco products and natural materials. We provide a heat pump tumble drier but encourage use of the clothes line. Day time electric uses our PV panels. Hot tub !! The space Furnished with a mix of Laura Ashley and upcycled furnishings, with the unique atmosphere of a tiny 1720 stone cottage. Paintings by local artists, local foods, huge attention to supporting other local businesses and sustainability. Lletty Ann Wynn is cosy, warm, unique and welcoming with a lovely outlook unspoilt by light pollution, and is self contained and private. We welcome pets, either in the house or outside in the cottages stable block or our own kennels if your dogs live out. There is a private hot tub in the garden, which is fenced, with LEDS for those relaxing evenings in summer or winter Guest access entire cottage in its own grounds with extensive parking, overlooking it's own paddocks and surrounded by it's own lawns, which is completely private and fenced to 4 foot minimum to help our dog owners. 😊 Other things to note we have carriage horses at the farm, and if you wish to get involved in an exercise drive let us know (subject to prior bookings). We can also do more formal drives for a fee if you have a special occasion, for example to a local country house or pub.
