The space You will enjoy : - a large 40 sqm living room, - a cool kitchen with a lot of light, - the parental suite with a king size bed, - two rooms with 2 beds each (2 bunk beds, so 4 beds in two rooms), the bunk beds are perfectly suitable for adults, - the two bathrooms, - the typical Parisian balcony all around the flat, 3 tables for 2 to eat or have a drink with a view on one of the main Parisian avenue. Guest access You will have access to the all flat with no restrictions. Other things to note About A/C, since : - the flat is facing north with very limited direct sun, - late 19th century walls are really thick and keep the flat cool, - The flat is on the 4th floor away from ground heat and benefits from cool winds, - Paris rarely gets « crazy hot » (check data, temperatures are around 25, very rarely above 28), some portable A/C devices and efficient fans do a perfect job in a very silent way (and is less harm for the planet !).
