The space Old Nenthorn Cottage is a cream coloured former Dairy Building (more recently used as a stable) that has been lovingly developed into a spacious one bedroom cottage. The accommodation comprises: *Large and light Kitchen/Living Room with double ceiling height so really attractive *Designer fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances including dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge with small freezer section, microwave and all the utensils your stay will require *Washing machine/tumble dryer *Wooden flooring *Gas central heating plus a new Charnwood (top of the range) woodburning stove with logs for your stay *Two wall mounted TVs *Attractive sitting area with views through double glazed doors towards garden and rolling countryside *Sofa bed if required next to woodburning stove (max one occupant) *Large bathroom with new 4 piece suite including comfortable bath and overhead waterfall shower *Large Feather and Black mattress and bed - extremely high quality *Designer light fittings This is a very comfortable property which has been thoughtfully designed and created, specifically for holiday letting purposes. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome pack and from then on we hope your stay will be a wonderful and memorable one. Guest access The guests drive past the main house and then park in the parking area provided next to the cottage. The cottage has its own private garden with direct access to the stream. The guests are welcome to walk past the main house and up the driveway should they wish or can simply cross the paddocks situated directly in front of the main house. Other things to note The furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality with a Farrow and Ball paints, Feather and Black bedroom furniture, linen curtains and a Charnwood wood burning stove. This has been an exciting project and we are delighted with the results. The garden is fully enclosed apart from a section that has paddock fencing around it and the front section which slopes (quite steeply) down to the stream. There is no mobile service at the cottage but the WiFi is very good and perfectly good for online app phone calls.
