the Bothy at Balblair Self Catering Cottages

The Bothy is one of three cottages in a u-shaped farm steading conversion in the Highlands of Scotland. It's rural but situated close enough to Inverness and Nairn to enjoy town life too. The Bothy sleeps 2 and provides comfortable accommodation and an ideal location to tour the Highlands - Loch Ness, Aviemore & the Cairngorm Mountains, Dolphin Spotting, superb golf, Inverness (10 miles) and Nairn (6 miles). Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor Castle and Fort George nearby. The space On ground level there is a living room with wood burning stove (logs provided) and a dining area, a bathroom (shower above bath). Upstairs, an open gallery bedroom with coombe ceiling, is reached by a cast iron spiral staircase located in the living area. Guest access The Bothy cottage is all yours for your stay! Theres a small south facing patio to enjoy sunny days. Please feel free to look at the view from the front of the cottages but we kindly ask that you don't explore retired farm buildings to the back. There is access to an enclosed communal area at the back of the 3 cottages for waste disposal. Other things to note Please note that this accommodation is rural. The bedroom is reached by a cast iron spiral staircase in the living area. This cottage is semi detached and the bedroom over looks the neighbouring cottage patio. Registration Details HI-60008-F
