Welcome to the Red Jersey, self-contained accommodation for all, especially the mountain biker, paddler, ski or bushwalking enthusiast in National Park, Tasmania, only 10 minutes from the Maydena Bike Park. Located in the Red Jersey's gardens, with views of Mt Field, 'Udder House' offers self-contained accommodation for 2 and up to 4 people. We welcome people from all over the world - and their pets as well! The space Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances including dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop, convection microwave and coffee maker. The living room has a fully sprung fold out sofa bed, dining setting and a TV which can also be viewed from your queen sized bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a view of the garden and water feature. Outside your unit is an undercover entertaining area with gas barbecue. There is a rock fire pit to warm you as you enjoy the late evenings. The laundry at the rear of the unit has has a front loading washing machine, dryer, iron and board and a large washing line. Guest access Beyond your apartment is the produce garden of the property, our free range chickens and our extremely friendly sheep, Geoff and Barbara. Feel free to help yourself to anything growing in the garden for your meals. This also includes fresh eggs from our nesting boxes.
