The Coach House: historic self contained B&B

We’re happy to offer basic breakfast supplies- cereal and toast, butter and jam and 150ml milk for your first tea and coffee. There is a shop - Shakespeare Rd mini-mart for extra supplies and milk for cereal a short 7min walk away- walk north from Coach House then turn left into Gladstone Rd, take the stairs to the right at the end of the street and then left along to the shop Photo of map attached The space Welcome To The Coach House.... On the hill overlooking a gorgeous garden, the historic Coach House is tastefully renovated and totally self-contained. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms are available. One large with queen-sized bed and the other is upstairs with 2 single beds. All have electric blankets, cotton sheets and feather pillows. Extra bedding in camphor-wood chest. Upstairs bedroom has a steep wooden staircase and is therefore not suitable for very young children or those with accessibility issues Living Area: The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan and comfortably furnished. TV, radio, free Wi Fi and magazines are provided and a heat pump for chilly evenings. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric frying-pan and a 2 burner gas hob for cooking. Deck: The deck over looks my gorgeous Mediterranean garden with peeps of sea through the trees. An outside table and chairs and a gas BBQ are provided for al fresco dinning. On the west side of the coach house is a paved area to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun Breakfast Supplies: Fresh coffee beans/ground coffee Tea Milk for tea/coffee Bread in the freezer and spreads available cereal (please see directions to walk to the local shop for extra milk) - Touches include fresh flowers. Other services: - Off-street parking - Free Wireless connection - Washing machine Location: The coach-house is within easy walking distance of Napier city but located in a quiet street on the hill. Sunny Napier is the Art Deco capital of the South Pacific and has a lot to offer: The architecture, cafes, shops, Aquarium of NZ, Port Ahuriri for wine bars and boats, great restaurants, beaches, Ocean Spa hot pools and a lot more.
