Large, beautiful 1 bedroom downtown Manhattan

Very large 1 bedroom, downtown Manhattan, in Little Italy/Chinatown. over 750 sqf. Located in an elevator building with doorman 24/7 and situated on the 4th floor. Charming, sun drenched with south-west exposure. Very convenient location: steps away from Tribeca, Financial District and 4/5 minutes walk from Soho and Lower East Side.​ The neighborhood is lively during the day, quieter and safe at night. Streets are filled with restaurants, delis, giftshops. B, C, N, Q, R trains are 7 min walk. The space The apartment is in an elevator building from the 70s, that has been fully renovated this past winter (2021/22). Washer and dryer are available in the basement, but a laundromat is also available 1 minute walk from the building. The layout of the apartment is optimal, with a large foyer with a kitchen table (or working desk). On the right there is a separate kitchen with all appliances. After the foyer, you enter a large living room with 3 big windows. On the right there is a bathroom and the bedroom with 2 closets (one private) and a dresser and 3 more windows. The apartment is quite large compared to NY standards and sun drenched. It is not renovated, so it still has the original bathroom and kitchen. I genuinely think it is overall very pretty and perfectly functional, but it does not have those high-end finishes and touches of a luxury place. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the only exception of 2 small closets where I keep all my things/clothes. There's no TV, but the wi-fi works perfectly fine, also to watch movies on any platform if guests are on a long stay and traveling with their own laptop
