Lovely apartment in 19th century "Villa Maria"

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi. The space The Villa is located close to Menaggio and Villa Carlotta and at ten minutes walk from the ferry station from where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a short time. In Varenna there is the railway station with connections to Milan and Switzerland. The swimming pool is open from June to September and the tennis court is available from April to October. Other things to note Please note that the Municipality of Griante charges a city tax of 5€ per person per day for the first seven days of stay.
