Note one of the ensuite bathrooms do not have a door as part of the internal design but do have long partition seperating it from the sleeping area and additional partition between the toilet and shower area. The other shared bathroom upstairs is ensuite and would require shared access through the bedroom. A seperate shared toiled is available on the ground floor. Bedrooms: Warm and comfortable beds provided with quality bedding material for a good night’s sleep. Single beds are combinable upon prior request. Floor Plan is as follows: This three story house uses internal stairs with 12-14 steps, to reach each floor. On the top floor is the entrance, parking, kitchen, dining area, lounge, share toilet and large balcony with outdoor seating. Down one floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite. And on the bottom floor are two bedrooms with one ensuite bathroom. Parking: Easy uncovered parking in front of house (2-3 cars) Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind packet, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Message from Ray: This unit has concrete floors which in winter are heated but not as comfortable to walk on barefoot as on carpet. Bathroom on the bottom floor is ensuite and not a shared bathroom, meaning one of the bedrooms must share an ensuite bathroom.
