Situated just a 10 minute drive from Bridgetown, nestled high on a ridge overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of Kangaroo Gully, Bacchus House boasts breathtaking views, open airy living areas, cosy log fire, expansive deck with views, and a promise of rest and relaxation. Be it relaxing on the deck with a glass of red, soaking it all in, taking a long bush walk around the 13.5 acres of natural forest or exploring the creek, there is plenty to do and see at Bacchus House. The space Bacchus was the Roman god of agriculture and wine, revelry and was depicted as a god of trees and forests. All linen is provided, including towels and bath mats & there is also an air-conditioner for the warmer nights. A Nespresso coffee machine, along with a kettle & coffee making facilities are provided along with tea, coffee & sugar. There is an abundance of bird life all year round to view including kangaroos who inhabit the property. The property feels somewhat rural, yet you are only a stones-throw from town.
