The space This high-ceiling unit is air-conditioned and fully furnished, featuring a 43” LED Smart TV with cable and Netflix, free unlimited 50Mbps WiFi, and an electronic digital safe for your valuables. However, paid parking is available within Breeze Condominium. Please check with the Admin Office for details. Swimming Pools: Pool access is not included and must be arranged directly with the Admin Office. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guest access Unit 1727 is beautifully presented, featuring sophisticated furniture in a minimalist setting. The neutral color scheme complements various tastes, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen offers ample cupboard space and includes a cooktop with range hood, microwave, rice cooker, and a modern fridge. For added convenience, intercom access is provided. The unit also has a balcony with stunning views of the Manila Bay sunset. In addition to the lounge in the lobby, guests have access to the Grand Lounge on the 8th floor, ideal for relaxing or meeting with friends. The swimming pools are also located on the 8th floor. Please note there is a fee to use the pool facilities: Php 150 per day per person on regular days, and Php 300 per day per person on holidays. Forms for pool access are available at the Management Office on the second floor. Other things to note • To ensure a smooth check-in process, please send me a copy of your government-issued ID or passport upon booking. This will be provided to the Admin for security purposes. Failure to do so may affect guest entry. • Please note that Reception may take a photo of the guest upon check-in. • The queen-size bed has a pull-out underneath. Should you need an additional bed, a single bed is available for a fee of Php 300 per night. • I offer complimentary full cleaning for guests staying 7 days or more, if needed or requested. Cleaning is scheduled every 7 days between 11am to 3pm, or based on the schedule agreed upon with my team, with a 24-hour notice. Bedding and towels will also be replenished at that time. • There is no free parking allocated for guests. • Please return the key before you leave. • Guests will be charged Php 2,000 for lost keys or key cards.
