The space The villa is spread over two levels, offering spacious, bright interiors meticulously cared for with refined attention to detail. - The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and satellite TV, and a bathroom with shower. - The upper level hosts two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with two single beds, to which a single sofa bed can be added, and a second bathroom with shower, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. - The property is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer, dryer, and complimentary private parking. - The courtyard, elegantly furnished with a table, chairs, and barbecue, provides a refined outdoor space ideal for relaxing evenings. - Guests have exclusive access to a charming private jacuzzi and a wood-fired oven operated by the staff. - Please note that some stairs must be climbed. Guest access Guests will be contacted 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the check-in time and provide all necessary information about the property. Upon arrival, the host will be present to welcome guests, hand over the keys, and explain the main features of the house, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. Note: To reach the property, it is necessary to cross a dirt road with a maximum width of 1.90 meters. Therefore, we recommend a small-sized car or a scooter to easily visit the surrounding areas and move around with ease. If the family arrives with a vehicle larger than the specified size, they can park on the municipal road, and we offer a free shuttle service, available 24/7, for the transfer between the property and the parking spot. To complete the procedure, a valid identification document, such as a passport, will be required in compliance with current regulations for PS registration. In case of changes or special requests, I am always available to assist you and organize your arrival in the best possible way. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed BY 10:00 a.m. From April 1st to October 31st, ALL guests, except minors under 18 and seniors over 75, are required to pay the city tax, a municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night (only for the first 7 nights).
