The space The property is a cozy studio 300 square foot guest house in along Kira road in Kamwokya Kenneth dale road , very easy access and walking distance to everything. The decor is artsy and colorful.A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker top- no oven, other kitchen appliances like toaster, kettle, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge , washing machine all supplied. kitchen utensils and cook ware included. There is also a desk area with chair and unlimited fast fibre wireless internet for those who need to work from home . The house has backup power for up to 12 hrs in case of power outages. 1 bedroom with 6ft x4ft ( small double ) bed and firm mattress with mattress topper , bedding, towels and mosquito net provided .It’s more than enough for one person, a tight squeeze for 2. An attached full bathroom with instant hot water shower facilities. There is a small foyer/ landing with an ottoman for seating and an extra storage area. The house opens up to a patio with outdoor seating areas and a swing and surrounded by a natural green space, a lot of greenery, so if you hate nature , this is not for you . The house has five windows and a large front door to allow natural light.There is a front yard compound in the front with parking area for one car .The property is secure with caretaker and night guard and enclosed in a perimeter wall fence. All windows and doors with burglar proofing. A cleaning lady will come to house twice a week for general cleaning and laundering of towels and sheets. The guests do their own laundry indoor washer. Guests buy their own laundry supplies.
