YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT AT YOUR DISPOSAL (no other guests) The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the entire Sibillini mountain range that can be admired from the large private balcony. Perfect area for reaching places of interest such as the many nearby ancient villages, hiking trails, mountain areas. BREAKFAST INCLUDED - also local products. The space Apartment located in Rustici di Amandola, within the Sibillini Mountains National Park, in a villa on the first floor with private access (the ground floor is inhabited). From this location you can easily reach the center of Amandola in 3 minutes by car, the center of Sarnano in 7 minutes, Lake San Ruffino in 10 minutes, mountain areas such as the Città di Amandola mountain hut or the villages of Montefortino and Montemonaco in 10/15 minutes by car, historical and tourist cities such as Macerata, Fermo and Ascoli Piceno in 40 minutes, seaside resorts such as Pedaso, San Benedetto, Porto San Giorgio, Conero Riviera, tourist places such as Genga and the Frasassi caves, Lake Pilato, Lake Fiastra, Lame Rosse and many others. The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the entire Sibillini Mountains range that can be admired from the large private balcony where you can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner in complete tranquility. The apartment (with independent heating) consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and HD TV (to which it is possible to add another foldable bed) and one with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a single bed for a total of 5/6 beds, living room with sofa and HD Smart TV, kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine with pods and every other accessory; bathroom, balcony with view, shared garden (usable in summer), private parking.
