Welcome to my charming air-conditioned studio bathed in light, quiet, overlooking a small house on the courtyard in the heart of the Jet d'eau Lyon 8 district. This fully equipped studio offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi and TV. Great location 3 minutes access to two Trams to discover downtown Lyon. Popular neighborhood, restaurants, snacks, Supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, laundromat within walking distance The space The accommodation is located on the 1 st floor without elevator of a small 3-story building. My studio Le Colibri is a well-designed space refurbished to accommodate one or two people. Close to public transport. Tram T2 Tram T4 It features: - Two armchairs (TV lounge area) - A small dining table and 2 chairs - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove) - A bathroom (shower and toilet) - A very low ceiling mezzanine arranged with a comfortable mattress 140/200 placed on a slatted bed base on the floor. - a wardrobe to store your clothes - Wi-Fi Linens, duvet and towels are included. You will find at your disposal all the necessary consumables such as: - Washing up liquid - Oil, salt - Kitchen towels - Toilet paper. Very bright south-facing, courtyard side equipped with an electric roller blind and an air conditioner for hot days (see instructions on the house manual) Other things to note The people staying in the apartment are the people whose names were communicated when booking. You will find the apartment clean and tidy, thank you for leaving it in the same condition as you found it :) All essential household equipment will be available in the apartment. Other things to note It is strictly NO SMOKING in this studio. For non-compliance, the sum of €150 will be deducted from your security deposit. Parties and other disturbances are strictly forbidden.
