1-2 guest rooms in beautiful central Zealand

Welcome to my bed & breakfast. The house is situated in a central rural environment, where I also live. I offer; 2 guest rooms (2nd Room surcharge for 2 single people, book as for 3 people) with 1 private bathroom. The surrounding area also offers numerous excursion destinations; Ideal for cycling, swimming (3 natural lakes nearby), hiking, relaxing and discovering many sights such as castles, old towns and museums. The guest card with discounts is included in the price! The space The two guest rooms are the same size (12 square meters) and are equipped with comfort ventilation. The 1st guest room is located on the ground floor and offers a view of the lake, where you can hear the through traffic in the morning and evening when you open the window. The 2nd guest room, which is located on the 2nd floor, only offers a view of the neighboring property, but it is the quietest room in the whole house. Both guest rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people each. Both rooms have a satellite/smart TV incl. Wi-Fi Internet access, as well as a small fridge with free water and a small bar (beer, wine and soft drinks for an extra charge). The private bathroom (guests only) is on the first floor. Important: For 2 single people who need 2 single rooms, please book as for 3 people! Otherwise, you only get 1 room for 2 people. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are in the kitchen and may be shared. Coffee and tea are free of charge. Only cooking is not allowed on the induction field! On request, I also offer a small breakfast (per person 8EUR/CHF) as well as dinner (small menu). On request, I also offer laundry service for an extra charge (washing and drying). Guest access Please do not park on the left at Schmiedstrasse 31 (neighbors, carport shelter). My house is on the right. Please follow the brown "Adi's B&B" sign and park behind the house at the entrance. The living room and terrace may be shared. During your stay Since I have traveled around the world a lot, I have been able to gain a lot of experience and maintain contacts. So, I like to have contacts with people from all over the world. I am also happy to offer tips for excursions or, if necessary, you can also book me as a tour guide (with early booking) where I then organize the trip according to your wishes. I also make excursions to the winemakers at Lake Murten, for tasting regional wines and food. I also offer transfers with arrival/pick-up at the airport or train station at low rates. Other things to note Important: For 2 single people who need 2 single rooms, you have to book as if for 3 people! Otherwise you only get 1 room for 2 people. The tourist tax is already included in the price. On the day of arrival, you will receive the guest card and can take advantage of numerous discounts throughout the canton of Fribourg; museums, "Papiliorama", "Cailler" chocolate factory, boat trips, etc. and travel around the canton of Fribourg for free by public transport. On request, I also offer a laundry service for an extra charge (washing and drying). Washing yourself is not allowed. Access to the kitchen is allowed, but cooking on the induction field is not allowed! No animals allowed!
