Private Basement, Separate Entrance, new updates

We invite our guests to stay in our new private basement is located on the Seven lakes Golf Course. Shopping malls, Detroit Ambassador Bridge, and 401 Hwy are just a 5 to 10-minute drive away. We have 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Due to frequent cleaning requirements, our backyard pool is not given for usage by our guests. We are not responsible for any pool-related incidents. Smoking of any substance and Alcohol partying are 100% strictly prohibited inside the basement The space We regard AIRBNB as a valuable business that serves genuine stays, especially, It is most suited for families, education, and work-related stays. Alcoholic or any drug-related partying in any form is 100% strictly prohibited. We have added a treadmill for our guests to do warm-ups. Filter Coffee, Tea, Coffee maker, hot water kettle, Fridge, and microwave, cooking range and counter top toaster oven are available at kitchen. We also have specific single lane drive way for my Airnb guests. While booking for longer days, please make a note that we do not have a washer, and dryer. TV with a Satellite IP box available at Living hall. There should be few coin laundries in the downtown area. Our basement can accommodate up to only 4 people. In certain cases, we may allow an additional one within a reasonable background. Guest access Guest enter from back side access from our west side gate through grade entrance stairs to basement. The basement has got a private entrance with two bedrooms and a bathroom. During your stay We are available through home or cell phone. When we are available at home, guest may knock at out front door. Other things to note House Rules : 1) We do not charge a cleaning fee. Please keep the place immaculately clean and leave the place as you found it. However, If the place is found messy badly, we may charge $25 per hour up to the total hours taken by our cleaners. Any broken household items will be also charged to the guest 2) Due to allergic reasons, Pets are not allowed. Hence please do not bring pets. 3) We can not accept more than 4 guests. If we notice more than 4, we will charge $50 per person per night which will be applied to the guest who has booked the basement. 4) Smoking including weed or any other substances is 100% prohibited and if found used, based on the severity of the damage and odor, the restoration charges will be applied to the guest on whom the basement is booked. 5) It is a new neighborhood area with a pleasantly calm atmosphere. We would appreciate a calm environment after 10 PM 6) All other house rules can be found in the pamphlet inside.
