Self-contained flat in our home, great value

More than just a room for the night, our self-contained, top floor flat offers you a comfy, private living space within our family home. Accessed through our main entrance hall and home, the flat has its own front door upstairs separating it from the family living area below. This lovely space will give you all you need as a base for your stay in Tunbridge Wells... The space We think you’re going to love the accommodation during your stay with us! You’ll have a tranquil double bedroom, your own luxury bathroom and a bright and spacious living room/kitchen to relax in, with TV. We can set up a single child’s bed or travel cot in the bedroom. And there’s a sofa bed in the living room area. If you wish to use the sofa bed, please ask us for necessary mattress protector/sheets. If you need it, we can set up an extra single mattress in the living room, too. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven/hob, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding and towels are provided. The flat is perfect for a couple or family with up to two children for short stays. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The entire top floor of our large three-storey terraced house is yours to enjoy while you stay. Entry is the main front door and through our family living area, up two flights of stairs. There you'll have a comfy double bedroom, luxury bathroom with shower and spacious living room/kitchen area. We would kindly ask you to respect that this is our family home and to observe our quiet hours. Thank you. Other things to note No unregistered overnight guests, only guests that have been booked can stay with us. We do not have parking directly outside the property, but there is plenty of unmetered parking in nearby streets. We are right across from High Brooms train station, where there is also a station car park (payable at station ticket machine). We have three friendly cats (Bill, Severin and Kiki) and two miniature dachshunds (Otto and Rudi), all of whom we prevent from going into the top floor guest flat. However, sometimes guests do let the cats into the flat. You may hear Otto and Rudi barking occasionally, but we will try to keep that to a minimum and you will be two floors above them so it should not be an issue. There is also the possibility that you could see the dogs when you come in the main front door and they may bark at you in an excited way. However, we try to keep them contained in the living room and out of the hallway at all times. The guest flat is above our family home, so you will hear day-to-day family life and interaction, although we are considerate of our guests at all times! We kindly request that you also remember that we are a family with two children who need their sleep, so please observe the quiet times!
