Please note, this is a self-catering furnished Apartment- This is not a hotel. Water- we have constant water supply to the property and the swimming pool. Electricity- apartment is fitted with prepaid meter but this will be uploaded with 500 cedis of credit every 7 days. In event that this runs out before the 7 days has expired, then the customer is responsible for paying for more credit as required. Additionally , in the interest of fire and safety, with the exception of the fridge freezer, all electricial appliances must be switched off when leaving the property unattended at all times. Typically, the aircondition should be switched off when the bedroom is not in use and when you leave the property to go into Town for the day. The internet WIFI is fully inclusive and the speed and amount of data available is sufficient for normal domestic use. However, if you intend to rely on the internet for business/work purposes then please declare this and the customer will be responsible for any extra cost involved in upgarding the internet to make it suitable for their specific needs to enable them to work effectively.
