The space Our rental unit is centrally located, close to shops and facilities offering an authentic Accra/ Ghana experience @Spintex Road. There are alot of amenities such restaurants groceries, pharmacies all within walking distance. Getting around is very easy with Uber and local taxis all operating from the location. Please check out our Guide book featuring all the Amenities. No sharing!!! - the entire space belongs to you. The Villa offers a spacious private space with your own access, open- plan lounge, spacious dinning and kitchen for parties up to 8 persons. Three individual bedrooms all decorated to a good standard Your space extends into your own private porch area which is SCREENED to protect you from mosquitoes and flies. Please note, this is a self-catering furnished Apartment- This is not a hotel. Water- we have constant water supply to the property and the swimming pool. Electricity- apartment is fitted with prepaid meter but this will be uploaded with 300 cedis of credit every 7 days. In event that this runs out before the 7 days has expired, then the customer is responsible for paying for more credit as required. Additionally , in the interest of fire and safety, with the exception of the fridge freezer, all electricial appliances must be switched off when leaving the property unattended at all times. Typically, the aircondition should be switched off when the bedroom is not in use and when you leave the property to go into Town for the day. The internet WIFI, we will load 100 GB of data onto the modem for every 10 days at the villa and the speed and amount of data available is usually sufficient for normal domestic use. If the data is used up before the 10 days expires, the customer can pay for more data as needed. However, if you intend to rely on the internet for business/work purposes then please declare this and the customer will be responsible for any extra cost involved in upgarding the internet to make it suitable for their specific needs to enable them to work effectively. The staff are always on hand to assist. Guest access The entire Villa including the porch area is private and self -contained. The communal outside areas within the complex are shared spaces.
