"Al Belvedere" in the Belluno Dolomites park

Located in the Belluno Dolomites park, at an altitude of 700 meters, with a breathtaking view of the Feltre peaks, this house is part of a building dating back to 1917 and is the result of the renovation work of the owners, two creatives, taking care of all the details, have given the house a unique look. Surrounded by woods and meadows, it is the ideal place for those who want to relax in nature. The private garden and the porch with the barbecue will give you wonderful evenings outdoors. The space The house is the front part of the building and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor you will find the large dining room with the kitchen and a large table. Going up a steep wooden staircase, you will first enter the bedroom, with the 3 single beds, which communicates, through a small corridor, with the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Both rooms have direct access to the long wooden terrace. The terrace is also the ideal place to retreat to read a good book, perhaps sip a beer (produced in the famous brewery of Pedavena, located 5 km from the house) and spy on squirrels, roe deer, foxes and hares that wander around. All cooking utensils and dishes are at your disposal in the kitchen. Towels, sheets and blankets are also provided. Guest access You arrive at the house by going down a steep dirt road and you can park near the house. The outdoor courtyard is shared, but there are 10,000 square meters of land on the property to walk on and a beautiful veranda (for exclusive use) to dine outdoors, surrounded by the flowers and plants that grow luxuriantly here. Other things to note THERE IS NO central heating. Cost OF the ACCOMMODATION TAX of € 1.00 per person/night to be paid in cash upon arrival ( children under 10 years old do not pay it). Your DOG friends are welcome, but for a maximum of 2 animals and with a surcharge of €20 per dog, per week, to be paid on site upon arrival. However, remember that the house is NOT fenced and is in an environment full of wild animals. This is the ideal place if you want to relax, immersing yourself in nature, but at the same time you want to have a convenient base to visit the rich surrounding area. Valbelluna (a valley that extends from the city of Feltre to Belluno) is part of the BELLUNO DOLOMITES park; it is a strategic place for any type of tourist because it brings together in itself the beauty of unspoiled mountain landscapes, where you can practice your favorite sports, to the ease of quickly reaching the most beautiful cities of Venetian art.
