Cozy basement apartment - three people

We rent a basement apartment for two people. The apartment has a size of 30 m². It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a small living room with kitchen. The space Our house is surrounded by meadows, just a stone's throw away from Kitzbühel in a sunny location. From our house you have an unobstructed view of the massif of the Wilder Kaiser and the ski slopes of the Kitzbühel ski area. In the immediate vicinity is the cross-country ski trail. Alpine skiers can reach the Fleckalmbahn cable car in a few minutes by car, which leads into the huge ski area of the Kitzbühel Alps. About 250 meters away is a bus stop that will also take you to the ski area. In summer, you can relax in our large garden or at the nearby Schwarzsee or Gieringer Weiher. In the immediate vicinity is the Schwarzsee Golf Club.
