Ideal for exploring Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Offa’s Dyke and Gospel Pass. Comfortable bedroom with superking or single beds, sofa, ensuite shower and drying room. Separate entrance and eating area with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. Simple breakfast provided. Safe parking. Bench and Picnic table. Perfect for a relaxing break. The space Simple breakfast provided - tea/coffee, milk, granola/porridge, bread, jam/marmalade Picnic table and chairs + bench Secure bike storage and washing facilities on request Dogs (max 2) allowed on request (extra £10 fee each) Dark skies ideal for star gazing Classic walks and cycle routes from the door Guest access You can access the drive and steps to the accommodation, sit on the patio with great views, plus the woodland walk via steps down to the dell from the driveway (at your own risk) however the lawn and terrace are private. Other things to note Advice on walking and cycling routes available. Short walk to Hay via fields and footpaths/road - boots and a torch advisable. Up to 2 friendly dogs welcome. We ask for additional fee of £10 per dog to cover cleaning. Visiting peacocks Free range eggs available opposite
