Beautiful bungalow by the beach

Classic, yet modern, home set in a quiet neighborhood in a happening town. Relax at one of the gorgeous, nearby beaches or in our private backyard. For a little culture, stroll adorable Northport Village, or visit historic Huntington Village. Want to mix it up even more? Take the train to Manhattan or Brooklyn or perhaps head a bit further to the North Fork or the Hamptons. Our home is perfect for families and visitors interested in experiencing this beautiful stretch of Long Island. The space I am interior designer and my math teacher husband is a wannabe architect. We kept much of the original 1927 character of the house we love while opening it up and adding to it to create a more open and less traditional bungalow. We have three bedrooms and a loft area accessible by a library ladder. The loft is only appropriate for guests at least 18 years old and firm enough to navigate the ladder. There are two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, den, outdoor patio area with grill, and a small backyard.
