Baguio Woodland Transient House - Unit 4

Enjoy the comforts of a home while you’re on vacation in our Baguio-feel cozy house. The listed price is for a maximum of 5 guests, additional guests will be charged 500php/head per night in excess of 5guests. The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests comfortably on which additional floor mattress and beddings will be provided. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, dining area and living room and one toilet. First bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Second bedroom has a bunk bed (queen-sized bed for bottom part and single-size bed for the top part). Additional floor mattress will be provided for additional guests exceeding 5pax. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a queen-sized bed when guests exceeds 8pax. The house has a smart TV(with Netflix subscription), WIFI, dining area and a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, electric kettle and cutleries. Just use them with care please. Mineral drinking water is also provided. Do note that guests will need to climb down stairs (approx 28 steps) to access the unit. Moreover, pets, cooking of dried fish (tuyo), grilling (ihaw) and karaoke singing are NOT allowed in our units. Use of outdoor area is until 10pm only since Baguio City is implementing a Silent Ordinance from 10pm to 5am. Parking space for this listing is currently an ongoing project and will be available by 3rd qtr of 2026. For your safety, we lock up the main gate and CCTV cameras are installed on the perimeter of the house. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside and outside of the house. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house. Other things to note Guests will need to climb down stairs to access the house.
