Guests are provided with tea and coffee. Great access to SF, San Jose, Marin, Wine Country, Napa, Sonoma, Yosemite, Monterey, Lake Tahoe (2.5 hrs away), hot springs, the ocean, redwoods. Fast wifi/internet, flat screen TV with cable TV in the living room. Washer, dryer, BBQ. Free off-street parking in driveway. Full bathroom (shared with one young man from Brazil) with shower/tub. Shared living room/ dining room and kitchen with full complement of dishes, pots & pans, utensils for cooking. The Pleasant Hill BART train station is 1.4 miles away The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from our house, Uber from BART is about $6. 00. We can give you privacy or more active, friendly hospitality, whatever you prefer. We have lived in SF area for 35 years and can give excellent tourist info. If you like to fish, my husband can take you salmon fishing. 5 minute walk to Starbucks, restaurants, shops, parks, Ironhorse Trail. Wonderful safe quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to a shopping center that has a bank, Starbuck's coffee shop, restaurants, dollar store, department store, frozen yogurt shop and more. 5 minute walk to Ironhorse Trail, a 40 mile trail for hiking, biking. Walk to BART train (1.5 miles) or take the nearby bus to BART. From the Pleasant Hill BART station you will be in San Francisco in 30 minutes! Uber from our home to BART is about $6.00. * Check-in is 3 PM to 10 PM.
