For long-term guests, I always make a written contract that can be used for scholarships and VISA, following Italian law. The apartment is located in a 4-story building, surrounded by greenery, but at the same time well connected to public transport, both metro and bus, and surrounded by all the typical services of a big city. By installing the NUKI app on your mobile phone, you can open and close both the house door and the condominium door from your mobile phone, while comfortably lying on your bed or directly from outside the house. The room is particularly large both in diameter and in height of the walls (3 meters, instead of 2.70 meters of modern buildings), which makes it airy all year round and cool in summer.
