Window towards Sunrise - Loft house

Welcome dear traveler to the Window towards Sunrise! It is one of the houses in Cybele Holistic Space located between Fira and Oia and is situated just one minute walking distance from Pori beach, where you can easily enjoy a swim any time you want. It consists of two floors and from the upper floor you can literally enjoy the sunrise, if an early bird! The house has been renovated very recently, combining traditional cycladic architecture with our personal designs and love ! The space As we are located in a more quiet area , WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT OUR GUESTS RENT A CAR/SCOOTER in order to freely move around the island and discover more hidden and unique places. The red volcanic Pori beach (one of the most quiet in the island) is just one minute on foot just below the studio! The house is one of the houses in Cybele Holistic Space where we offer yoga classes and Half Day Retreats to our guests upon request. Window towards Sunrise consists of two floors. In the upper floor, there is one big double bed , a traditional sofa, a dining table and a fire place ( for use during the more cold - cool months). From the upper floor and its big window, you can enjoy the view to the sea and to the sunrise, if you are an early bird at least once during your stay! The window has a big black out curtain, that is opened and closed electrically, in case you do not want the light to get in. The upper part of the house is connected with the outdoor upper balcony, where you can enjoy your morning breakfast, dinner or just relax! In the lower part of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bid double bed and the bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, an electrical stove, an oven ,a blender, a filter coffee machine, and basically... anything a visitor would like to have, in order to prepare a nice meal! Window to sunrise is also part of En Pori Apartments , which also has Cozy apartment, Cave Studio and Wine Cellar. Each studio or apartment has its own balcony space and separate entrance so the interaction with other guests is very discreet. It is around 7 km from Fira town and 8 km from famous for its sunset Oia village. As it is located in the quiet part (which is the nice thing), there are no super markets around. The closest restaurants , mini markets and grocery shops are in the traditional Vourvoulos village (7 min drive by car) or famous Oia village ( 10minute drive) . Guest access We definitely advice you to rent a car or scooter in order to move around the island, as we are located in a more quiet area of the island, where there is no public transport. If you come by your already rented car or scooter, we will send you a google map link a few days prior to your arrival with the exact location of the house! There is no public transportation available close to the studio. If you arrive late at night we advise you, that we book a taxi for you (our taxi driver knows the location of the house). It will be more convenient for you rather than driving at night after a long trip. We do not recommend that you take a taxi by your own when you arrive because sometimes they charge way tooo much. If you decide to take a taxi by your own we can advise you what are the normal prices so they don' t overcharge you. Other things to note Homemade delicious breakfast is available upon request with the additional cost of 25 euro per person. The standard check out time is 11 a.m. and check in from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m. We can be a bit flexible with that, but it really depends on the availability and the occupancy of that day. If there is another guest, then a standard 11.00 am check out, and 3.00 pm check in time will be applied.
