This is a new cozy apartment on the 9th floor of a 12-storey residential building. Equipped with everything a person needs for rest and accommodation. Two elevators, no gas and problems with it, everything is on electricity. There is a modern playground in the yard, parking. Video surveillance on the territory and inside the house. All the necessary shops, 2 markets, public transport stops everywhere are within a walking distance. A walk to the sea will take you 15-20 minutes along the shady streets and alleys of Anapa.
