In nature and calm, the Passiflore room

Our farmhouse is bathed in greenery, surrounded by woods and meadows, slightly hilly. The big house dates from the 18th century. Exposed stones and beams give it a very welcoming rustic charm. 3 bedrooms can be rented there, or the entire place (see other listings). Nearby, discover many medieval villages and outdoor activities. On site, enjoy the swimming pool, outdoor areas and the calm of the place. The space The house is spread over 3 levels, 2 of which are accessible by level: the ground floor and the garden floor. The ground floor presents the kitchen equipped with many cupboards and a dishwasher, as well as the large living-dining room of 45M² with its very large traditional Aveyron fireplace and its large table that can accommodate 8 to 10 people. A hi-fi channel and screen connected to a DVD player or connected to a computer (there is no TV at the farmhouse), as well as an Ethernet socket, equip this space. The 4 very bright bedrooms, facing south with a view of the courtyard of the house are also equipped with Ethernet sockets and are distributed on two levels: * the ground floor with toilets, the bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms: "Passionflower": 1 double bed "the linden": 1 double bed and 1 single bed "la peoine": 2 double beds * and the attic with the bedroom "l 'aubépine": 1 double bed and 1 extra bed, as well as a room that can be used as a relaxation room, yoga, game... Finally, the house has a large private courtyard with a large dining table, a barbecue, and direct access to the pool... Guest access You will be welcome in all the spaces of the house, as well as the common areas of the hamlet, with its various places conducive to rest. The pool: located in a garden below the barn and workshop, it is facing south and makes the delight of young and old. It is treated with the minimum number of products (bromine and active oxygen, while waiting for it to be closed thanks to the creation of a plantation pool) and its proportions are generous: 11 M x 5.5 M. You can also take your meals on board sincea large table for 8 to 10 people is there. The barn: its 45m² floor just remodeled! The barn is now a practice room for yoga, dance, tai-qi chuan or relaxation sessions, and also games for children. The only requirement is to enter without shoes! The green spaces: they are numerous and diverse, occupying 1.5 ha of the site! The large lawn has its "fireplace" and swing under the big walnut tree. Further afield, you will find the orchard, and again the "bucco", a small meadow where there is a large tipe also used during internships and wellness weekends. A small "caselle", the traditional shepherd's hut of the region hides not far in the adjoining undergrowth... The ORGANIC vegetable garden grown according to the biodynamic technique, and its greenhouse are private spaces but will be happy to open to you for a visit or a hand in the garden! Parking: it offers locations for 7 cars and it is located close to the cottages. During your stay I'm staying in the hamlet, and I'll be there during your stay.
