This old farmhouse, completely renovated, will allow you to get together for a stay with family or friends. This cottage consists of 7 bedrooms including two mezzanines, a 45 m2 reception room, a play area, an 80 m2 barn and a large 3000 m2 garden. The space We welcome you all year round to the "Le Pré Monon" gîte, located on the edge of the vineyards of Burgundy, Mâconnais (Rock of Solutré) and Beaujolais, the gîte is located 20 minutes from the Mâcon-Loché TGV station (40 minutes by TGV from LYON or 1.5 hours from PARIS). Close to local shops (5 minutes), you will be 15 minutes from Cluny and Charolles, 25 minutes from Mâcon The accommodation consists of: FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND DINING AREA - 1 American refrigerator - 1 gas stove - 1 large farmhouse table - 1 relaxation area consisting of a sofa and a coffee table directly overlooking the terrace, garden and inner courtyard. - other amenities: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plancha, raclette machine, pots and pans + dishes available LIVING ROOM: - 1 room of 45 m2 located upstairs. This space is ideal for quiet or festive evenings. BEDROOMS (7 INCLUDING 2 MEZZANINES): - 5 single bedrooms equipped with 1 double bed (140*90). 3 are on the ground floor/2 are located on the 1st floor - 2 mezzanine bedrooms (secured) equipped with single beds (90*190). It is quite possible to bring these beds together to make double beds. GAME AREA: - library - board games (adults and children) - retro console BATHROOMS - on the ground floor: 2 shower rooms (showers, sinks, etc.) + 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is separate. - on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom including sink, shower and toilet THE BARN - 1 barn of 80 m2 adjoining the house will accommodate your summer evenings, to dance or organize a meal for about 25/30 people. - 1 ping pong table (paddles and balls available) - 2 outdoor tables - Secondary fridge - 2 large umbrellas Additional amenities: A washing machine is available as well as a changing table and a free-standing baby bath. Capacity: 7 to 8 cars (if well organized) For swimming enthusiasts, Lake Saint-Point Lamartine, located a few km away, is a guaranteed good time with friends and family. Numerous hiking trails and bike paths nearby. Bed linens are not included in the offer, don't forget to bring your own linens or sleeping bags. We provide them as an option for an additional €150 fee for all bedding. Blankets and pillowcases are available. Kitchen linens (towels, dishcloths, etc.) are provided.
