This gite consists of 7 bedrooms including two mezzanines, a reception room of 45 m2, a games area, a barn of 80 m2 as well as a large garden of 3000m2. The Matour municipal swimming pool is located a 17-minute drive from the cottage and has 2 pools as well as a large slide. The space We welcome you all year round at the cottage "Le Pré Monon", located at the limits of the vineyards of Burgundy, Mâconnais (Roche de Solutré) and Beaujolais, the cottage is located 20 minutes from the Mâcon-Loché TGV train station (40 minutes by TGV from LYON or 1h30 from PARIS). Very close to local shops (5 minutes), you will be 15 minutes from Cluny and Charolles, and 25 minutes from Mâcon. Prices: adult admission €4.20, admission for 6–15-year-olds €3, free admission for children under 6. The property consists of: FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & DINING AREA - 1 American refrigerator - 1 gas range - 1 large farmhouse table - 1 relaxation area composed of a sofa and a coffee table directly overlooking the terrace, the garden and the inner courtyard. - other equipment: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plancha, raclette machine pots and pans + dishes available LIVING ROOM: - 1 room of 45 m2 located upstairs. This space is ideal for quiet or festive evenings. THE BEDROOMS (7 INCLUDING 2 MEZZANINES): - 5 individual bedrooms equipped with 1 double bed (140*90). 3 are on the ground floor / 2 are located on the 1st floor - 2 mezzanine bedrooms (secured) equipped with single beds (90*190). It is quite possible to bring these beds together to make double beds. THE PLAY AREA: - library - board games (adults and children) - retro console BATHROOMS - on the ground floor: 2 bathrooms (showers, sinks...) + 2 toilets including 1 separate. - on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet THE BARN - 1 barn of 80m2 adjoining the house can accommodate your summer evenings, to dance or organize a meal for about 25/30 people. - 1 ping pong table (snowshoes and balls available) - 2 outdoor tables - Secondary fridge - 2 large umbrellas Additional Amenities: A washing machine is available as well as a changing table and a bathtub for baby standing. We provide them as an option for an additional €150 fee for all bedding. Blankets and cases are available. Kitchen linens (tea towels, towels etc...) are provided.
