Lovely guesthouse in Tuscan-style villa with separate entrance, living area, kitchen and private bathroom. All linens included, 1/2 kilometer from express bus into CBD, Klemzig exchange. There is only on street parking. The space Happy to have singles or couples for more than 2 nights. Guest access The guesthouse has a separate entrance and guests may use the pool upon request. Other things to note We are a non-smoking property. We ask that you respect that please. We have a very friendly dog who loves our guests! We are not a party house, but welcome guests to enjoy the pool and garden.
