Welcome to the Drop Inn - a large traditional Japanese house with private and shared rooms for guests with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere similar to a hostel/ryokan (traditional Japanese inn). Enjoy skiing/snowboarding/hiking at Sanosaka Ski resort only a short walk from the property or shuttle to other ski hills. We speak Japanese and can help guide you to amazing spots for snow, places to eat/drink, nightlife, tourist attractions, etc. All cultures, backgrounds, orientations welcome. The space Japanese is written below. The Drop Inn is unique because we don't just offer you a room, we offer you help to make your Hakuba experience the best it can be. We use our +12 years in Japan, Japanese language, culture and local knowledge in addition to our +20 seasons of snowboarding experience to give you tips on what to do and see while in Hakuba. Our traditional Japanese house is fitted with comfortable western beds where skiers/ snowboarders/ travelers are welcome to stay in private or shared rooms which are only a short walk to Sanosaka Ski Resort. -1 to 2min walk to Sanosaka Ski Resort. -5min drive to Goryu Ski Resort. -10min drive to Hakuba 47 Ski Resort. -15min drive to Happo One Ski Resort /Downtown Hakuba / Echoland / Wadano area. Especially if there is no new snow, we will help you travel to sightseeing spots and cultural festivals.
