This is a spacious 3 bedroomed apartment with lots of living space and great outdoor areas which allow the occupants to fully enjoy the wonderful water front. It is a few minutes walk to the small village which has a post office, chemist, butchers and co op and excellent local pub which does fabulous food and live music. The local church dates back to the Norman times and is mentioned in the doomsday book. There are forest and coastal walks and the fabulously unspoilt Mothercombe beach nearby. The space This house has been our family summer home for 20 years. It has recently been renovated to a high standard. It’s a home from home for us and we enjoy sharing it with friends and family all year round as a peaceful retreat from busy lives. I must stipulate that we have lovely neighbours living in the apartment above and would ask that all out guests be respectful of their home and keep noise to a minimum.
