Kookaburras is a 9min walk to the pristine beach, skatepark & cafe. A perfect place to stay if you are after a family beach holiday without the crowds. This stylish family home is situated on a leafy, peaceful street in the Idyllic village of South Golden Beach, North of Byron. With lots of natural light, this bright and airy house is a perfect mix of comfort and style. Can sleep up to 7 guests over 3 bedrooms. DOG FRIENDLY with a fully fenced private garden and covered outdoor relaxation area The space The space is set over just the one level. Our open plan living area has a large sofa, comfy hanging egg chair, SMART TV, and dining area. There is direct access to the delightful and spacious outside area with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, 4 ring cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and large fridge freezer. Along with a breakfast bar. The Master Queen bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower and separate toilet. Built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and access to the outside space. Space to fit a travel cot if required. The 2nd Queen bedroom is spacious enough and has a mirrored wardrobe and drawers. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with the bottom bunk acting as a double bed. Ceiling fan and plug in fan. Ceiling fans throughout the house. The family bathroom. Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay. Please note that beach towels are not included. Stay connected with onsite fast WIFI The outside area is covered and has plenty of seating area, along with a 2nd egg chair. Ocean shores shopping centre is a 7 minute drive away and the picturesque village of Brunswick Heads is a mere 10 minutes. Kookaburras is a 25 min drive from Coolangatta airport, 20 mins to Byron Bay Guest access The entire property is yours Other things to note Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay. There are laundry facilities on site but if you wish to have extra towels provided, these can be delivered to you at an extra cost. If toiletries and toilet paper run out during your stay then these will need to be replenished by yourselves. We do not provide beach towels, unfortunately, please bring these with you.
