Almost a Beach House

Almost a Beach House is mountain bike and family friendly, close to mountain bike trails at Derby, Bay of Fires and St Helens bike park. An updated and recently refurbished two storey version of a traditional Tasmanian beach "shack", Almost a Beach House comfortably sleeps 5, but can accommodate 7 with three bedrooms, single bathroom/WC downstairs, as well as a comfy queen sofa bed upstairs, plus plenty of sitting space with dining area, new kitchen, large lounge and an extra reading space. The space The shack has all new fly screens allowing increased airflow during the hotter months. There is also an air-conditioner downstairs. The living area includes unlimited WiFi and 65" TV with plenty of room for everyone to relax after a hard day of outdoor enjoyment. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the front deck whilst taking in the views. A child cot is also available. Baby stair barriers are provided - stairs are steeper than average. Pets are catered for with a secure large backyard, 2 x dog beds and pet bowls, cat litter tray and cat bowl. Pets are allowed in living space but not in bedrooms. Bike friendly with a secure lockable double garage, bike wash down area with bucket and hose, floor pump and charging points for your e-bikes. Clothes washer, dryer and dishwasher included.
