The house is close to the treasures of the Laurel Highlands. Top attractions are the Confluence rivers and Lake, Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Seven Springs and Nemacolin Woodlands. You’ll love the place because of the ambiance of the house. The screened in porch is very relaxing after a day at the beach, on the lake or river or on the slopes. This space is a great location for families, couples or individuals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking tools. The house sleeps 6. All linens and soaps are provided for your convenience. It is a private house on a quiet street in the heart of town with a large flat backyard which is great for volleyball, corn hole etc. A corn hole game is provided. Basically everything is available. Please don't go into the attic. There is a second toilet in the basement, please watch your head and limit your activity to that area. I live in Pittsburgh but can be available when needed. Confluence is a quiet little mountain town with all of the basic necessities. The Great Allegheny Passage runs thru town making it a great stop for bicyclists. There is a small park in the middle of town with a gazebo and picnic tables. For fine dining there is the Rivers Edge Café located on the Yough river. For a more casual fare the Lucky Dog restaurant is also available. There is no public transportation in town but everything is within walking distance. There is a town square, just two blocks, away offering restaurants, bicycle store, laundromat and grocery stores. Confluence is centrally located between two large Pennsylvania resorts; Seven Springs and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Just 15 minutes away is Ohiopyle offering white water rafting, mountain biking and hiking.
