The space Villa Serenity is located in the pretty top hill village of Sant' Agata sui due Golfi, well-known for the restaurant "Don Alfonso", one of the most exclusive restaurant in Italy. Top hill little town, but with everything handy in order not to miss anything during your holiday. The Villa is glamorous, elegant and classic at the same time. The Villa is surrounded by a very large garden which includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen to enjoy barbecues and pizza party; the swimming pool is located on the other side of the garden and it is approximately sixty square meters large; a sunloungers and umbrellas areas gives you the opportunity of spending relaxing time enjoying a long cocktail or simply watching the sunset. Villa Serenity manages to welcome up to ten guests and it spreads over four levels: Ground floor: the main entrance of the villa leads to a very large lounge/living room, tastily decorated, divided into two areas by an old but elegant chimney. The kitchen is a professional one with any tool at your at disposal to learn the secret of our cuisine; the kitchen door leads to the the garden where the barbecue area and wood pizza oven(can be only used by our staff) are located. The ground floor is the seat of one bedroom: a double with en suite bathroom with a shower. The room is equipped with air conditioning. A laundry area to wash/dryer and iron your clothes is available as well and can be reached from the kitchen terrace. First floor(reachable from the ground floor by climbing an internal staircase of 25 steps): there are three bedrooms: a single one(equipped with air conditioning), a double with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi and a second double bedroom with another bathroom with shower, both equipped with air conditioning. On the top floor(reachable from the second floor by climbing a spiral staircase of 12 steps) you will find another double bedroom with a bathroom & shower, equipped with air conditioning.
