Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge and 45 minutes from the Cote Fleurie (Deauville, Cabourg, Honfleur, etc.), typical Normandy charming house. Located in the countryside 10 minutes from Saint Pierre sur Dives, our cottage has 2 bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, a living room with wood-burning stove, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Equipment: TV, DVD player, stereo, Wi-Fi, shared garden (with the 2nd cottage) with terrace, table and chairs. Parking inside the property. The space The property is composed of 3 adjoining cottages and a residential house. The large garden with terrace is common to the 3 cottages. We are in a quiet environment, parties are not allowed, please respect your neighbors. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided, but I can offer them for an additional fee, as well as a cleaning package upon request if you wish: Sheets: €5 per bed Towels (1 bath sheets, 1 bath towel and 1 glove): €5 per person Package: €8 per person if you take both (sheets + towels) Cleaning: €40 If cleaning is not done, a request for a deduction from the deposit will be made. A wellness area with jacuzzi and private sauna is available at extra cost (from €18 per person for 1 hour access) , can accommodate a maximum of 6 people . We also have a massage room (see photos for rates). Please let me know when booking if you want to book an instance. (Massages and spa not available on August 15/16 and 22/23) We have an electric car charging station, extra charge requested depending on the car. Let me know in advance if needed.
