Chapel Amble Lodge

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac. The space The Lodge has been designed to offer the perfect Bed and Breakfast get away for those looking for a break from it all. Accessed via its own pedestrian lane the Lodge is positioned at the end of our garden and enjoys a southerly aspect. The Lodge itself has a small open plan kitchenette and seating area where you can sit and relax in comfort. There is a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The small kitchenette is equipped with its own fridge, microwave and egg poacher (no cooker)... In fact everything you need to prepare relaxed continental breakfasts and light meals... For something more substantial the St Kew Inn serves excellent food and local ales (book ahead). There are also pubs and restaurants in the neighbouring villages of St Kew highway & Port Isaac and nearby Towns of Padstow & Wadebridge serving food for all tastes and pockets. Chapel amble has a strong 3G signal and the Lodge has wifi. The Wifi code is provided in the Welcome file. Guest access The Lodge is tucked behind Davids House and has its own access via a pedestrian gravelled path. Parking is available throughout the village. There are always plenty of parking spots available either in the village or the village car park (100 meters away). There is no charge for parking anywhere in the village. There is no street lighting in Chapel Amble so if you plan to arrive in the dark please bring a torch / mobile phone with flashlight for ease. There is solar powered lighting in the garden to mark the path. Other things to note We have tried to provide everything we think you will need for a comfortable stay at the lodge including filtered water from the tap, fresh linen , towels etc... Also whilst the Kitchenette has crockery and cutlery for simple meals as well as a microwave there is no cooker.
