Approximately 20-28 minutes away from NAIA Terminal 1, this 64.50 sq m two-bedroom unit located in Asteria Residences, Paranaque City is fully furnished, complete with appliances and kitchenware. Perfect for: - lodging - quick getaways - movie nights - location for filming - game nights, etc. Clubhouse and pool area are right outside our building too! One (1) queen-size and two (2) single beds available. Can accommodate an ideal number of (but not limited to) four (4) pax. The space The modern rustic design of our place provides comfort and style that would be perfect for both active and laid-back groups or individuals. The living area is furnished with leatherette furniture pieces plus carpet to give that extra feel of coziness. Our simple yet stylish dining area can accommodate up to four (4) pax. Our beds have cushioned headboards with luxury beddings and duvets/ duvet covers that would give you a hotel-feel stay. All bedrooms and common areas are fully air-conditioned too! Guest access Guests shall have access to the ENTIRE UNIT including living and dining areas, kitchen, toilet, two (2) bedrooms, and balcony. Guests who will be staying 30 days or more are entitled for free access to the pool. Those staying less than 30 days have to pay Php 200 for a whole day pass to the pool —policy by PMO. Other things to note We have high-speed internet connection! Our TV is Netflix ready. You can even use my Netflix account and binge watch your favorite shows! If you love board games, you can also use our chess board or have fun playing Taboo! We also have Munchkin which you can play by request. (NOTE: Please handle all board/card games with care. Thank you!) Due to guests bringing home some of our items, some toiletries (especially towels) shall be by request.
