Every detail is being thought for comfort and up scale luxury. Operated by new owner Mehmet & Zhanna, we will make sure that you will have 100% satisfaction for your holiday. The villa is at the upside part of Yenikoy - Kas with magnificient view of the mountain, forest and the sea. It takes 12 minutes to reach Kas center by car. The space Villa is duplex and has 3 bedrooms , 2 double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. The size of villa is 190 m'2. It has its own private pool and parking area. We recommend to have a car for transportation as public transportation is poor. The pool and indoor furniture and fittings are all brand new. The Villa went through a complete renovation with us in 2019 as new owners. All details are being thought to make your stay enjoyable, confortable, luxery, and fun. We will provide a welcome pack for free to enable you get through initial arrival easy. However, you have to make your own shopping at Kas Center as there is no market at Yeniköy. There is one security camera at the entrance of the villa and one at lower garden area to check entrances to pool depo. Guest access Full villa use are for guests.
