Spacious, cozy, Mid Century Modern 1 bed/1 bathroom condo with upstairs loft. Great for entertaining guests and experiencing Scottsdale without overpaying! Unit backs up to beautiful golf course and has the perfect mix of quaint privacy and natural light. Upstairs loft has a library, television, day bed and room for a floor mattress to sleep children or additional guests. The space I will be traveling frequently this spring and will be opening up my home to those passing through! This is where I live, so my belongings will be in the closets, but all else will be open for a comfortable stay and to make it as homie as you wish. I do have a cat who will mind his own business, but he can be very social and cuddly. Arrangements for discounted pricing can be made based on your willingness to feed him as opposed to having to stop by or have someone come to do so. He has no special needs, just says 2x per day. Please do not book if this is an issue with you. Guest access Guests can access the pool, hot tub, gym, golf course, and of course all of my living space! Other things to note There is a 5 year old sweet and cuddly cat who will be sharing the unit with you during the stay. Please message prior to booking if you wish to negotiate payment in exchange for feeding him in my absence. He is very low maintenance and a great amenity!
