Well laid out, comfortable and well-equipped, this single storey apartment has two bedrooms (a king-size and small double for single occupancy), a spacious bathroom with the choice of a bath and a large walk-in shower, and an adjoining cloakroom with further washing facilities. The sitting room is a lovely place to relax, and the smart fitted kitchen has the convenience of its own dining area. Dormy House has a communal laundry with washers and dryers available for guests to use on a first-come first-served basis. Located just off the beach road in Brancaster, you have the advantage of being tucked away from the busy hustle and bustle of this popular coastal village, and can enjoy the peace of a large communal garden if you don 't feel like going too far. Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licenced, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments.
