This apartment is A'pArt!!!... really!!! and not just because it's ours!!! You'll fall for the panoramic sea view A'pArt is south-facing and you will enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The incessant ballet of birds, clouds, fishing or sightseeing boats will accompany you throughout the day. The scent of sea spray and the sound of waves... nature is all around... and here everything is conducive to relaxation. The space A'pArt is a 78 m2 2-bedroom duplex : PANORAMIC SEA VIEW the large bay window folds down completely on one side (across the entire width of the apartment, i.e. more than 5 meters) and offers you the feeling of an apartment open to the sea! not overlooked. the entrance to A'pArt is located on the 1st floor (residence attached to the side of the hill) and consists of: - Bedroom 1 (one 140 double bed) with closet and sea view - Bedroom 2 (one double bed 150 and one single bed 90) with closet and sea view (possibility of folding baby bed) - 1 toilet/laundry room with sea view! (with closet) - 1 Italian shower room (hair dryer) then you go down 1 floor to find: - the equipped kitchen (fridge freezer – induction stove – pyrolysis oven – toaster – Senseo coffee maker – microwave – citrus press) – dishwasher – - the dining room facing the sea, open to the kitchen (1 table and 6 chairs) - the living room with smart TV equipped with Fransat (French channels) with a sofa 2 beds type rapido) and a fixed sofa and 2 armchairs (including 1 suspended) Other amenities: reversible air conditioning in the living room and reversible air conditioning in each bedroom - - iron - Dyson vacuum cleaner - washing machine - dishwasher There's no Wi-Fi in the building. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment as well as a parking space and the common terrace gardens of the residence. Children's access to the gardens must be under adult supervision (and it's a mom who says so!) the sea is 200 meters away as the crow flies (unfortunately we are not there...) so you will have to go down and to reach it 5 minutes is enough (from the bottom of the garden - you cross the road - then a few steps await you (lol) and you find yourself on the "cami de ronda" pedestrian path that will take you either to the coves preserved from view and then to the beach, or to the lighthouse... beautiful walks in perspective. Other things to note There is air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in each bedroom. I can offer you extra linens and towels for 15 euros per person per stay. The kitchen remains equipped with all the basic utensils and ingredients (oil, vinegar... tea towels... dishwashing products... etc...) ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION TO RECHARGE ELECTRIC VEHICLES FOR SAFETY AND ELECTRICAL STANDARDS REASONS: the recharging of electric vehicles is FORMALLY prohibited under penalty of immediate eviction and will be subject to financial adjustment and reporting to Airbnb (for this purpose an electricity meter reading will be made at the entrance and exit of the rental and the consumption application allows you to see the daily consumption...) 2025 RESTRICTIONS: due to the state of drought in Catalonia, the government has limited the number of liters of water that can be delivered daily per household to 200 liters (be sure to plan your machines and showers accordingly) Registration Details Catalonia - Regional registration number HUTG-038452 Spain - National registration number ESFCTU000017019000218117000000000000000000HUTG0384526
